Our History

Established in 1991, Caterplus has grown progressively by concentrating on what is most important to clients and customers – fresh food, fresh ideas, a personalised service and attention to detail.

In 2007, the company was acquired by five of the most experienced and progressive people within the catering sector with the aim of developing the company into an industry leader with three key areas of focus: aged care, welfare and education.

In just three years, the people responsible - Chairman, Vince Pearson, Managing Director, Jim Lovett, and board members, Gary Palmer and Tony Barrett – have turned Caterplus into the largest privately owned specialist caterer in the care market.

Caterplus continues to expand rapidly and currently operates out of more than 100 sites across the UK.
