Vince Pearson, Chairman (Waterfall Services Ltd)

Vince has a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from more than 25 years in the contract catering sector. His knowledge of the healthcare market is extensive having been a main Board Director for a major international catering company.

Jim Lovett, Group Managing Director (Waterfall Services Ltd)

Jim Lovett joined Caterplus as managing director in October 2006 with more than 15 years’ experience in the healthcare and contracting market, including 7 years as regional managing director for a major international healthcare service provider and 8 years as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers working in the National Health Service.

Paul Robottom, Managing Director Caterplus

Paul has been very successful in developing the operational side of the business since joining the Company and was appointed to Managing Director in September 2010. In this new capacity Paul takes full responsibility for the day to day running of Caterplus reporting to Jim Lovett as the group MD.

Having held senior positions within the contract catering industry he has brought this experience to bear on the business particularly in the important kosher catering market where Caterplus is the market leader.

David Penlington, Sales Director (Waterfall Services Ltd )

David joined the Company in January 2010 and was appointed Sales Director in September 2010. He was previously sales manager for a large contract catering business and brings a wealth of experience of both the care and education markets.

Gabrielle Storey, Finance Director

Gabrielle joined the team in 2009 bringing a wealth of experience in SME and private equity backed companies. She ensures that the business is supported with all the management information required to meet client needs.

Tony Barrett, Food Service Director

Tony originally trained as a chef and worked his way up to the position of area manager with two major contract catering companies. Tony is an unashamed ‘foodie’ and brings great focus to the food provided by the company. Along with his team he is responsible for the introduction of the many innovations seen in our contracts.

Gary Palmer, HR & Procurement Director

Gary brings a wealth of people management experience to the company gained from numerous HR roles in the steel industry, textile sector and finally in contract catering with a major international company over his 25 year career. Over the last few years Gary has taken on additional responsibilities for procurement and now looks after all aspects of our supply chain process.
